A former powerhouse trainer, he's been slowly backing away from competitive battling so the spotlight can be shifted to the new generation of trainers that entering the circuit. When he first entered into competitive battling as child, Sadık was considered a generational prodigy and competed in some of the most prestigious and respected tournaments. Although he's no longer the top champion he used to be, he is still idolized and adored by many across the globe. Sadık is well-known for wearing elaborate costumes to his battles and is almost never seen without his trademark mask.

Although Machop (now a Machamp) was his first Pokemon, his ace is his Arbok and was his first capture as a new trainer. His Machop was a gift from his father.
