Miloslav started out as a coordinator doing contests but now does competitive battling as well. He is more laid-back in his approach to training (something Ludmila criticizes him for), but he works just as hard as his peers once he sets his mind on something. His beginnings as a trainer were difficult as he struggled to keep up with his friend and long-time rival Ludmila. Even now, they are nowhere near each other in terms of strength but he's content with that. He's proud of what he's accomplished so far. His long-term goals are a mystery to him but he's decided to stay on his current path and see what the future holds for him.

Miloslav's first Pokemon and ace is Gigalith (then a Roggenrola). His father was a former champion who was still actively competing when Miloslav was a child, and caught him his Roggenrola during a training session in the Tatra Mountains.
