Feliciano is one of those trainers that does well at home but poorly at global tournaments. He and his older brother are grandsons of one of the most famous trainers of his time and the family is eagerly hoping they will bring the Gagliardi name back to its former glory. Although he barely cracks the Top 10 in Italy, his brother surpasses in strength and rankings. That said, neither of them are at the level their grandfather once was.

Feliciano loves many different types of Pokemon and he is most knowledgeable on Normal-types. He would much rather play with Pokemon than actually battle or train them. Nearly all of his captures were from befriending them and allowing them to choose him as their trainer. When Feliciano spends his time meeting young trainers, he loves seeing them play around with his Pokemon. His ace is his Audino, while Smeargle was his first Pokemon that he received as child from his grandfather.
