Einar's younger half-brother; Eiríkur is still fairly new to competitive battling, having only started in his mid-teens. As a child, Einar helped him train until he was around 12 years old when Eiríkur decided to begin training on his own. Einar even went as far to help him catch his first Pokemon, a Hoothoot, who is now a Noctowl. He stuck to participating at tournaments in Iceland and other parts of the Nordic region but Einar encouraged him to take the big step in taking his skills globally. Eiríkur is proving himself to be up and coming in Iceland, but he has yet to crack through the global rankings. Many are confidant that will soon change and Eiríkur will become the next household name. Icelanders are excited to see how far he'll go.
Though his team doesn't fully reflect it, he studied to specialize in Fire-types and the majority of his training takes place deep within the mountains near volcanos. Eiríkur believes having different types on his team will create more balance for competitions, therefore he maintains two seperate teams depending if he's taking part in generic or type-specific battles. Eiríkur isn't sure what his true goals are yet but the thought of studying Pokemon and becoming a researcher has been on his mind lately.
