Though he arrived later on the battle scene than some of his peers, he was a trainer that showed great promise and quickly rose to fame in Europe. There was a time where he was number one in all the standings and the distinction changed the kind of person he was. His peers considered him to be brash, snobby and self-centered. But new faces and stiff competition took him aback and he has since seen himself in a new light. Now in his late-20s, he walks with a good head on his shoulders and speaks with wisdom for young and budding trainers.

Arthur is specially trained for the use of Fairy and Ghost types and wants to be part of the UK Elite Four. He still ranks high various standings, Top 5 in England, Top 10 in the UK overall, and Top 30 in global standings.
