Andrei is another trainer who had rough beginnings but is now ranked among the best in his country. He’s a unique character on the battle scene who frequently promotes Romanian culture abroad by wearing folk costumes to official battle tournaments (though in general, he loves wearing costumes to battle), which got others copying his style. Andrei has a strong love for Fairy, Ghost, and Psychic types and would like to specialize in one of them. He thinks he’d like to run in a gym or become part of the Elite Four some day but he’s unsure of his long-term goals. What he is sure of though, is that he’s ready to help his younger brother reach his goals when his time comes.

Andrei currently ranks among the Top 10 in Romania and has only recently cracked global standings in the Top 100.
