During a battle with a plant-like creature, Eduard and Raivis awaken as guardians and he transforms into Sailor Estonia. His powers are based on the psyche and his staff is his main weapon. He lost both of his parents within a few months of each other and with no family to care for him, Tolys and Feliks converted one of the spare bedrooms and took him in. Raivis is passionate about writing and loves to read romance novels and poetry. When he's not studying, he volunteers his time tutoring English to students in the younger grades.
During a battle with a plant-like creature, Raivis and Eduard awaken as guardians and he transforms into Sailor Latvia. His powers are based on wind. As Sailor Finland, his powers are tied to ice. He's able to spawn handcrafted rifles that shoot powerful bullets that explode on contact, thus freezing the opponent. The guns disintegrate after one use. He has the eye of a sniper and his ice powers make him immune to the cold. It's unclear when Timo awakened as a guardian but it is stated it was before Eduard and Raivis did. Timo and Björn share a close friendship as they grew up together however some question whether the two are more than just friends.
